Chris has over 6 years managing rich media solutions. Prior to founding Joystick Interactive, he was a Senior Rich Media Marketing Consultant to DoubleClick and Director of Marketing for Klipmart. In those roles he helped introduce advertisers and agencies to the best practices, opportunities, and tools available to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Joshua Holmes

Founder / Creative Director

Josh has over 7 years of experience in developing innovative solutions for clients and agencies. Prior to founding Joystick Interactive, Josh was the Rich Media Creative Director for Doubleclick/Google where he managed the creative services team. Prior to the acquisition by Doubleclick, he ran creative services for Klipmart. Josh has helped to develop award winning, cutting edge ad creative and products throughout the evolution of the industry.


Philip Euler

Founder / Technical Director

Philip has over 7 years of experience in the interactive space. Prior to founding Joystick Interactive, Philip was Interactive Art Director for Doubleclick where he oversaw design and implementation of rich media campaigns. With a strong traditional art background and a penchant for the technical, Philip has the ability to lead and mentor both design and development teams.

Sara Francis

VP, Client Services & Business Development

Sara has over 9 years experience developing digital marketing solutions both from the client side as well as on behalf of clients from the agency side. Prior to joining the team, she headed up client services for Moxie Interactive managing campaigns for all LA based clients including Twentieth Century Fox, The NFL and Lifetime. Prior to joining Moxie, Sara ran west coast operations for Deep Focus where she managed campaigns for clients including New Line Cinema, Paramount Pictures, Disney Pictures, Buena Vista Home Entertainment, CBS, Universal Music Group.


Shirley Smith

Managing Director, EMEA

Shirley has a decade of experience in the digital space, working as Senior Sales Manager for MediaMind, and other notable firms such as Fish4 and Ask Jeeves. With an extremely broad network of influential contacts and long-standing professional relationships, Shirley contributes a wealth of experience and industry nous to Joystick Interactive’s EMEA operation.
